Age Verification Policy

Effective Date: October 1, 2026

6.1 Strict 18+ Restriction

The Service is strictly reserved for adults aged eighteen (18) years or older. In jurisdictions where the age of majority is higher than 18, the higher age applies.

6.2 Verification at Registration

At the time of account creation, you must:

(a) confirm by an explicit checkbox that you are at least 18 years old;

(b) confirm that you understand the Service contains adult content relating to BDSM, female domination, and sexually explicit fiction;

(c) confirm that your access to such content is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence.

6.3 Compliance with Local Law

Certain jurisdictions, including a number of U.S. states, require enhanced age verification before a person may access specified adult or sexually explicit material.

SubmitLife may therefore provide access to public informational pages, membership information, account creation, support, and legal information while restricting access to member-only or otherwise restricted adult content until the applicable enhanced age-verification requirement has been satisfied.

The standard 18+ confirmation displayed on public pages is a general age gate. It is not treated as a substitute for enhanced age verification where local law requires a stronger method.

Where enhanced verification is required, SubmitLife may use an independent third-party age-verification service or a supported digital-identity credential capable of confirming that the user is an adult using a legally permitted method.

Where a privacy-preserving Digital ID flow is available, SubmitLife is designed to request only an age-over-18 attestation and to set the request as not intended for retention. SubmitLife does not need the user's full name, street address, portrait, document number, or full date of birth for that age-only flow.

A Google Wallet / Digital Credentials integration may be made available after the applicable production onboarding, certificate, and cryptographic-verification requirements have been completed. Sandbox or test verification never grants access to restricted adult content.

SubmitLife will not intentionally use identity data provided for age verification for advertising or unrelated profiling, and identifying information will not be retained by SubmitLife where applicable law prohibits such retention.

6.4 Parental Responsibility

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors' access to the Internet. We strongly encourage the use of parental control software (such as those available through major operating systems and ISPs) to prevent minors from accessing adult content.

6.5 Reporting Concerns About Minors

If you have reason to believe that a person under 18 is accessing or has accessed the Service, please notify us immediately at info@submitlife.com. We will investigate and take appropriate action, including termination of the account.

6.6 No Content Involving Minors

SubmitLife strictly prohibits any content depicting, describing, or sexualizing minors. All characters in fictional content are adults aged 18 or older. All depictions, descriptions, or references to BDSM or sexual content involve only adults.

Any user submitting, attempting to submit, or seeking content involving minors will be:

• Immediately and permanently banned from the Service;
• Reported to the relevant authorities, including law enforcement agencies in their jurisdiction;
• Subject to legal action.

6.7 Verification of Age in User-Submitted Content

For any user-submitted content that depicts an identifiable person, SubmitLife requires verification that the depicted person is at least 18 years of age at the time the content was created, consistent with the requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257. Records required under that statute are maintained by the relevant content originator. SubmitLife does not act as the custodian of record for third-party content.
